Fulfillment Policy

 

Returns & Refund Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order.  Please contact us via email at sales@davinciimports.com before returning any merchandise.  You need to receive a Return Authorization (RA) and other instructions.  Custom printed products are not returnable unless received damaged or defective.  Any damages, defects or missing products in shipping must be reported to Da Vinci Imports upon receipt and no later than 7 days delivery date.   For all products, returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition.   Returned playing cards must be in original factory cello wrap and unopened.  Return shipping cost is to be paid by customer.

Credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of any authorized returned materials, minus the original shipping cost.  A restocking fee may apply.

If your order is custom printed, a full refund will not be given unless the order is defective and/or misprinted.

ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

To ensure your satisfaction with the quality of the items you receive, we encourage you to request a sample prior to placing your orders.  In the event that our customer is disappointed with the quality, weight, texture, color tint, functionality or any other characteristic of a final printed product they received, but did not order a sample before placing the order, Da Vinci Imports will not be responsible for refunding that order or replacing the order with a different product, at no charge to the customer.   By ordering with Da Vinci Imports, you are stating that you are aware product variations may occur as a result of manufacturing processes, and that such variations are not flaws. All imprinted goods will be assessed for their tolerance within industry printing standards.

To be granted a full refund for any reason you must contact your within 7 days of receipt of your order.  If a refund is granted, your items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

If items are damaged during shipping, or are otherwise found to be broken or mechanically defective, we simply ask that the damaged or broken items be returned to us for inspection before we will issue a refund or credit. In some cases, emailed photos of the packing materials and the damaged goods may be requested.

In cases of damage, Da Vinci Imports is responsible for replacing the damaged items only, not the entire order.

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS or LTL Freight at our discretion and using our own shipping account.   We will charge the customer shipping and handling charges to fulfill and ship the final product per agreed timeframes. The customer is solely responsible for paying for all shipping and handling charges related to orders placed with Da Vinci Imports.  On some occasions and with prior approval, we can accept shipping using customer’s own shipping account.   We ship to all 50 United States.  For international orders, including Canada, we ask the customer to provide their own freight forwarder to handle freight and customs release. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel an order after it has been approved, we will try our best to help.

If an order has been approved and is already in production, cancellations are not accepted.    If an order cancellation is requested after approval but before production has started, there will be a minimum charge of $50.  All other payments will be refunded.

 Orders of non-custom products can be cancelled before they have been shipped for a full refund.
